Project 41 - Bubbles: North East Valley

Dunedin Dream Brokerage Bubbles was a hyper local pop-up project featuring the work of Dunedin artists, designers and writers in the windows of local shops. With the partnership of generous local organisations, Dunedin Dream Brokerage Bubbles connected the art community and local businesses, and asked us all to reflect on the ‘upside of the lockdown’.
Launching in the North East Valley, the first phase of the project was supported by the Otago Polytechnic and five generous local businesses played host to the five local artworks:

  • C Monk —Inchbar

  • Liz Abbott — Blacks Road Grocer

  • Emmellee Rose — Bloomin’ Gorgeous

  • Tom Gardner — New World Gardens

  • L Hinds — antidote gardens
