A series of ‘Festival Fidgets’ giving a taster of the Festival to come (7th-10th November), the Countdown to Ignition Pop Up hosted Te Reo story readings, craft workshops, and musical performances. Something different, exciting and free each day from 12.30 pm until 2.30 pm!

The entries to the Gobbledegook Poetry Competition adorned the walls. Some were funny, some were profound, all were 100% original works of our young writing talent from around Ōtepoti. Visitors could view the entries and cast your vote, and get involved in the fabulous free fun!
