Dunedin Dream Brokerage supported Found Studio, a six-week temporary creative studio facilitated by Ōtepoti artist Lichen Sorrel, transforming a vacant retail space at 125 George Street into an accessible environment for content creation, collaboration, and creative experimentation.

Developed in response to the growing need for affordable creative infrastructure, the project removed many of the barriers associated with professional studio hire by providing free access to lighting, backdrops, props, and flexible studio space. Found Studio encouraged participants to test ideas, develop skills, and produce photography, video, music promotion, branding, and other visual content in a supportive, community-led setting.

Over the course of the activation, 71 artists, creatives, students, sports teams, business owners, community groups, and organisations utilised the space, reflecting the broad demand for accessible creative facilities within Ōtepoti. The studio supported both emerging and established practitioners, fostering new collaborations while providing opportunities to experiment, create, and share ideas.

Alongside booked sessions, the project offered dedicated drop-in opportunities where participants could receive guidance, explore creative concepts, and gain hands-on experience with studio equipment and content production.
